e-TOLL in Autokonto Application

Autokonto is a mobile application which allows for making payments for using motorways through two fee-collection systems available in Poland. In the application it is possible to buy an e-ticket for the following sections of motorways: A2 Konin-Stryków and A4 Wrocław-Sośnica. The purchase should be made maximum 60 days before the planned journey or just before setting out, provided that the place of entering and exiting the motorway is specified.

How to set up an account at Autokonto

If you wish to become an Autokonto user you must install a free application on your mobile phone and register in the system. Autokonto application may be downloaded for free from Google Play or AppStore to all mobile devices equipped with Android or iOS

There are three ways of paying for motorways:

  • using your auto.konto account after topping it up,
  • with the debit card attached to the application,
  • with a BLIK payment

All transactions made with the use of auto.konto account and BLIK are exempt from additional commission. Autokonto, as a Small Payment Institution, is under the authority of the Financial Supervision Committee so all users may remain confident that the proceeds collected on their pre-paid accounts as well as debit card details are secure.

How to purchase a motorway ticket at Autokonto?

A motorway e-ticket from Autokonto application can be purchased by a registered user from the level of the startup screen. To do that you must:

  1. Select vehicle and click the motorway button
  2. Select the motorway of your choice: A2 or A4
  3. Set the specific date and time of the journey (your ticket remains valid for 48 hours from the declared date and time)
  4. Select the entrance and exit points
  5. Select the payment method:  auto.konto account / the attached debit card / BLIK

An e-TOLL motorway e-ticket will be visible in ”My Tickets” tab.

How to return a previously purchased motorway e-ticket?

Up to the moment the motorway ticket is used, its owner may choose to return it through the application and receive a refund. So as to return it the ticket should be selected from the tab and ”return ticket” button should be clicked.
